Your new portal looks great, and enables you to do a range of transactions, including withdrawals!
The new member portal allows you to safely access your personalised account, view your balances at a glance, update your preferences and check your communication history. You can also combine your super, review your investment strategies, change beneficiaries and better understand your insurance.
For the first time, we now offer withdrawal capabilities to members through the portal.

When can I use the new portal?
The portal goes live at the end of September. Because it’s a new website, you will need to register your details when you’re ready to log in.
How do I register for the portal?
It’s really simple, all you need is your email address and mobile phone number. Once you have clicked to register, you will be sent a one-time PIN to your mobile, which you’ll need to enter to complete registration.
Why do I need a mobile number to register for online access?
The member portal allows you to do a number of transactions, so for added security, we will send a one-time PIN to your registered mobile number and you will need to enter that PIN when asked.
