Over-the-phone personal advice
This single-issue, over-the-phone service is a convenient way to get answers to your questions about growing your super – including salary sacrifice and managing your investments – as well as reviewing your insurance requirements. This is done at no additional cost for members.
We can also help you understand ways to invest outside of super using ifsinvest and using a transition to retirement (TTR) strategy to access your super savings before you retire! There is a small fee for these services.
Cost: no additional cost for most services, small fee for TTR and ifsinvest.

Face to face personal advice
This personal advice service can help you create a strategy to help you achieve a variety of financial goals. We offer plans that are appropriate at every stage of your life.
Your first meeting will review your situation and is done without charge obligation. All costs will be clearly outlined before you choose to proceed.
Cost: plans begin at $300 and vary depending on the complexity required by your situation.
