    Since joining Australian Catholic Superannuation in November 2012, Alan has worked in various areas of the member services team, including handling customer enquiries, conducting outbound campaigns and more recently providing over-the-phone financial advice to members.

    Alan has been in the finance and banking industry for the past 8 years and he has extensive knowledge in the areas of superannuation, insurance and banking. Alan’s keen eye for detail and exceptional customer service makes him a great addition to the over-the-phone advice team.

    Since joining the fund Paul has been providing over-the-phone advice to members on their investments, insurance and contribution strategies.

    Paul began his career in London as a stockbroker in 1983 and has extensive experience of investment markets. He has also spent time in management consulting providing advice to companies on managing their businesses to generate shareholder value.

    Immediately prior to joining the fund Paul was with Austbrokers Financial Solutions providing investment and insurance advice to their extensive base of corporate superannuation clients.

    “My objective is not just to provide advice, but to ensure that members understand what we are doing and why we are doing it. Education is a key part of the role”.
