Pop-up Blockers
If you experience a problem trying to login to Members Online section of CSRF website, or when clicking on some links on the CSRF website, you may have a pop-up blocker on your system.

Pop-up blockers vary in flexibility and complexity. The CSRF website is able to function with some of these pop-up blockers enabled, however some blockers have lower tolerance settings, and this may stop the CSRF website pop-ups from functioning. Therefore it is important that you disable pop-up blocking for the CSRF website only.

Most pop-up blockers allow you to add 'trusted sites', 'allowed sites' or 'white listed' sites to their configuration. This allows pop-ups from trusted sources, such as CSRF, while still blocking unwanted pop-ups from other websites. We recommend that you add 'www.catholicsuper.com.au' into your 'trusted site' list. If your pop-up blocker does not have this feature, you may need to disable it before logging into the CSRF website.

Below is a list of some common pop-up blockers, and instructions on how to add the CSRF website into your trusted sites list.

If you are part of a corporate network, please contact your company's network/system administrator before making any changes or updates to your PC.

Adobe Reader

This web site uses files in Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format (pdf). This format is particularly useful for forms or newsletters where the layout and formatting need to be preserved on the screen or printer. To view or print these files you must install the free Adobe Reader version 6.0 or higher. You can download a free copy of the Acrobat Reader from the download  website.

The above linked download page also installs a Google Toolbar and Photoshop® Album programs by default. Unless you specifically want these programs installed, you should uncheck the "Also download" option boxes on the download page.

Java Virtual Machine

Some web pages on this site use java applet technology and require a java plug-in to be viewed. A Java program in a web page is called an applet. Most web browsers can run Java applets/programs. However, this first requires that your computer has a Java run-time environment installed. This is commonly referred to as a Java Virtual Machine or JVM for short. Even if your web browser can run Java applets and you have a JVM installed on your computer, the ability to run Java applets might be disabled in your browser (there is usually a configuration option that controls this).
