    Dear Members

    We wish to advise you that we will soon be performing essential system maintenance. This is due to legislated changes required under the new Stronger Super/MySuper reforms which take effect from 1 July 2013.

    Please note that our Members online and Employers online
    services will be unavailable from:

    •   4:00 pm on Thursday, 20 June 2013 until approx. 9:00 am on Friday, 21 June 2013 (AEST) and
    •   5:30 pm on Friday, 28 June 2013 until approx. 8:30 am on Tuesday, 2 July 2013 (AEST).  

    If you frequently check your account online and will require information prior to the end of the financial year, we recommend that you obtain any relevant account details prior to close of business on 28 June.

    We apologise for any inconvenience you may experience during this time.

    We are available from Monday to Friday, between 8:30 am and 7:00 pm (AEST) (national public holidays excluded).

  • New members or first time users of online services

    To login to your online Australian Catholic Superannuation account, you will need your Client ID and temporary password, both of which will have been separately mailed to you, with relevant instructions.

    When using your Client ID and temporary password for the first time, please check the details you enter carefully. In addition to numbers and letters, your temporary password may contain:

    • Punctuation, including commas and full stops
    • Symbols or special characters like '#', '/' or '!'.


    Once you've successfully logged in with your temporary password, you will immediately be prompted to set a new password.

    Setting a new password

    When setting your new password, please ensure that it:

    • Is at least 8 characters long
    • Contains at least 1 upper and 1 lower case character (passwords are case sensitive)
    • Contains at least 1 numeric and 1 alpha character
    • Contains 1 symbol e.g. %, $
    • Does not contain a sequence of 3 or more ascending or descending characters i.e. not ‘abc’ or ‘cba’
    • Is not a commonly used word or one that could be easily guessed, e.g. ‘password’ or the name of a family member, as these may not be accepted.


    Your password protects access to your account details and should never be shared. For greater security, we suggest that you change your password periodically.
