4 Complying fund notice
If you are eligible for Super Choice and want your future 9% Superannuation Guarantee contributions to be made to ACSRF, you should attach this letter to your completed Standard Choice Form and return both to your employer to confirm: details of your chosen fund; that the Fund is a complying fund; and that the Fund accepts employer contributions.
